Monday, Feb 9th; 6pm dinner - 8:30 pm; Includes dinner at Crowne Plaza Hotel and special guest speaker
Tuesday, Feb 10th; 8am - 2pm pm; Includes advocacy training, speaker, continental breakfast and lobbying at Legislative Office Building

COST:

MONDAY ONLY; $45 (includes dinner at Crowne Plaza, presentation and speaker)
TUES ONLY; $30 (includes continental breakfast and training)
Monday and Tuesday Total: $75

Legislative Forum Goals:

• Support legislation that would staff each high school in the state with counselors, who are closely linked to a student's decision to pursue higher education;
• Concentrate on more targeted visits to influential legislators, particularly those on the education and higher education committees;
• Maintain full funding for financial aid programs to further expand students' access to higher education; and Continue to support programs, practices, and legislative initiatives that encourage diversity and provide academic opportunities for all.
