University School of Law is seeking an enrollment management leader with a
proven record of meeting admissions goals in a competitive market. The right
candidate will have significant experience in law school admissions, managing
daily operations, and leading teams. Established in 1970 and currently
enrolling approximately 1,200 students, Hofstra Law
is one of the nation’s most widely respected law schools. Hofstra
Law, under the leadership of Dean Nora Demleitner,
charges its faculty and students with making an impact in the world. Dean Demleitner is seeking an enrollment management partner with
a competitive spirit and a passion for matching a class with Hofstra Law’s impact mission. Hofstra
Law is a selective, private institution located 25 miles outside of Manhattan
in the suburban setting of the Village of Hempstead, Long Island, New York,
amid 240 beautifully maintained acres.
Reporting to the Dean of the
Law School, the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management provides executive
leadership in advancing the school’s strategic recruitment and enrollment
goals. The Assistant Dean leads and provides effective management of the
Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid, with three direct reports, and is
responsible for providing data-driven decisions, and developing and
implementing policies and procedures as they pertain to recruitment and
admissions. The Assistant Dean also ensures compliance with all federal, state,
and university regulations, and oversees timely, accurate, and comprehensive
customer service to students and the School of Law community throughout the
recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes. He or she will collect and
analyze admission and enrollment data to evaluate the accomplishment of
immediate and long-range division objectives. The Assistant Dean is a senior
administrative position, serving on the Dean’s cabinet
and collaborating closely with the Dean, Vice Deans, senior administrators, and
faculty on enrollment efforts and the promotion of the Law School’s mission.
The successful candidate will
possess a bachelor’s degree—advanced degree preferred—and progressively
responsible leadership experience in enrollment and admissions. The successful
candidate will also have demonstrated excellent leadership skills and a proven
ability to manage staff. He or she will have a solid understanding of
enrollment management issues and trends related to developing and achieving
enrollment goals, strong marketing and technology skills, an understanding of
the competitive law school environment, and the ability to make data-driven
enrollment projections and decisions. The successful candidate must also have a
collaborative and creative approach to problem solving, with strong written,
oral, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated success in
collaborating within all levels of an institution. Experience at an
ABA-accredited law school and familiarity with legal educational issues,
including law school admissions, is strongly preferred.

The University of Southern
California’s Rossier School of Education is one of the

School of Education (RSOE) offers students an urban
laboratory as well as a park-like campus, world-class faculty, extensive resources,

master’s, Ed.D., and Ph.D. programs and enrolls approximately 1,100

Reporting to the dean of the Rossier School of Education, the assistant dean for
enrollment management and student services provides leadership in advancing RSOE’s strategic recruitment and enrollment goals. The
assistant dean provides leadership and effective management of the offices of
admissions, scholarship, and career services. The assistant dean is responsible
for providing data-driven decisions, recommending policies and procedures as
they pertain to recruitment and admissions, overseeing a budget of $825,000,
and supervising a staff of seven. The assistant dean also ensures compliance
with all federal, state, and university regulations, and oversees timely,
accurate, and comprehensive services to students and the RSOE
community throughout the recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes. The
assistant dean serves as a member of the dean’s senior leadership team,
represents RSOE at student affairs and council
meetings, oversees the RSOE Commencement Committee,
and serves as initial contact with RSOE student
organization leaders. Collecting and analyzing admission and enrollment data to
evaluate the accomplishment of immediate and long-range division objectives is
also part of the portfolio of responsibilities for the assistant dean.
The successful candidate will
possess a master’s degree—doctoral degree preferred—and progressively
responsible experience in enrollment and admissions. The successful candidate
will also have demonstrated excellent leadership skills and the ability to
manage staff. Solid understanding of enrollment management issues and trends
related to developing and achieving enrollment goals, strong marketing and
technology skills, and the ability to make data-driven enrollment projections
and decisions are essential to success. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal
communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating within all
levels of the institution are required. The successful candidate must also have
a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Marlboro College is

Marlboro College is
nationally recognized for its academic rigor and active community in the

As a member of senior
staff and a member of faculty, the Dean of Admissions works collaboratively
with students, faculty, staff and alumni to manage recruiting, admissions, and

responsibilities of the position are to:
• provide vision and

graduation rates, enhance the student experience, and realistically and

The ideal candidate
will be a creative, hardworking professional with outstanding writing,

Comprehensive knowledge of
college admissions and administration and five years' experience meeting and
exceeding enrollment goals is expected, as is knowledge of financial aid,
student retention, the use of technology in marketing and recruitment, the
ability to plan, develop strategy and formulate policy, and talent for
budgeting for planned objectives. A master’s degree or extensive admissions
work experience is required.

recruitment and enrollment process and administrative direction for the offices
of admissions, student financial aid, and university registrar on the Kent
campus. Strategic enrollment planning for both traditional and non-traditional
student populations, including coordination with Noel-Levitz consultants;
personnel administration; fiscal management; and policy decisions will be
important facets of the Associate Vice President’s responsibilities. In
addition, the AVPES will collaborate across the University and throughout the
regional campus system with academic deans and colleagues in developing
enrollment goals and accomplishing optimal enrollment levels. The AVPES will
oversee an organization of 93 staff with three direct reports, an operational
budget of $5 million, and a scholarship budget in excess of $20 million.
The successful candidate will
possess a master’s degree and a minimum of eight years of successful,
progressive experience in the enrollment management arena. Evidence of strong
strategic planning and leadership skills, comprehensive understanding of
market-driven data analysis and excellent communication skills are required.
Demonstrated familiarity with integrated technology-based information systems
